At Rathod Fitness, we strive to deliver the best fitness training and client satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.
All bookings for personal training, yoga, diet consultations, or group classes must be confirmed with advance payment.
Once a package is purchased, it is valid only for the duration mentioned at the time of booking.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked session.
Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be counted as completed and will not be refunded.
Package cancellations requested after training has begun are non-refundable.
If a trainer cancels a session due to an emergency or unavailability, the session will be rescheduled at a convenient time for the client.
If services cannot be delivered (trainer availability issues, area limitations, etc.), a full refund may be provided for the unused sessions.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where Rathod Fitness cannot provide services as promised.
No refunds will be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Missed or unused sessions by the client.
Results not meeting client expectations (since fitness results vary per individual).
Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
Training packages and sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared with another person without written approval from Rathod Fitness.
